Cookie Policy
This Cookie Policy explains how DrivePB, Inc. ("DrivePB," "we," "us," or "our") uses cookies and similar technologies on drivepb.com and the Drive PB application (the "Platform").
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They let a site remember your actions and preferences — such as staying logged in between pages — and help site owners understand how the site is used.
We also use similar technologies that work the same way, including local storage, session storage, pixels, and software development kits (SDKs) in our mobile experience. In this policy, "cookies" covers all of them.
Cookies set by DrivePB are first-party cookies. Cookies set by our service providers are third-party cookies.
2. Categories of cookies we use
Strictly necessary
Required for the Platform to function. These cannot be switched off, because without them you cannot log in, register for a tournament, or complete a payment. They do not require your consent.

3. Managing your preferences
On the Platform. Use the Cookie Policy link in the footer of any page to review this policy at any time. Strictly necessary cookies stay on; other categories are controlled through your browser settings until Platform cookie settings are available.
In your browser. You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Instructions differ by browser — look under Settings, then Privacy and Security. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will break login and registration.
Global Privacy Control. If your browser or extension sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we treat it as a request to turn off analytics and marketing cookies, and we apply it automatically.
Analytics opt-out.You can also opt out of Google Analytics across all sites using Google's browser add-on.
4. Do we sell your information?
We do not sell personal information for money. Some advertising and analytics cookies may be considered "sharing" for targeted advertising or a "sale" under certain state privacy laws, including in Texas and California. Turning off Marketing cookies in your browser or cookie settings, or sending a GPC signal, opts you out.
5. Consent
The first time you visit, we may show you a cookie banner. Strictly necessary cookies are set immediately. Functional, analytics, and marketing cookies are set only after you accept them, where consent is required.
We record your choice, the date and time, and the version of this policy in effect, so we can show what you agreed to. We will ask you again if this policy changes materially, and at least once every 12 months.
6. Changes to this policy
We may update this Cookie Policy as our Platform and vendors change. When we do, we update the "Last updated" date above and, where changes are material, ask for your consent again.
